Michael is the author, producer/host of “The Elements of Being” podcast, Senior Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and has been personal training clients in Denver since 2005 (over 20,000 hours of one-on-one sessions). His comprehensive (individualized) personal training programs have helped seniors increase their level of independence, decrease pain/the risk of falling, lower cholesterol levels, and eliminate the symptoms resulting from diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, heart disease, and more.
Michael’s "Joint Protection and Muscular Endurance" philosophy and Fall Prevention Programs are based on the guidelines from the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and American Geriatric Society. Utilizing a series of assessments and analyses, he develops adaptable personal training programs for his clients to complete pain-free in my comfortable, non-competitive personal training studio (a private facility...which means fewer people and more room). WEIGHT LOSS DIET PROGRAMS
Michael will integrate the structure, education, and more within your Denver personal training sessions. The adaptive meal planning portion of the experience is collaborative and based on observation, your wants and needs, and current and desired lifestyles (not just handing out a simple meal plan). It’ll help you create a whole food foundation to steer your dietary choices (aka what you can get away with for those who still want to include meat in their diet). Additional services include:
Trip to the Grocery Store - How do you decipher between healthy and not at your grocery store? Michael will help you answer this during your trip with him to your grocery store in Denver. For 60 minutes, Michael will guide you through the breakdown of your choices and create the perfect list! $94 (Normally $125)
Create a Weight Loss Kitchen – Creating a conducive environment for weight loss is the key to long-term success. Michael will help you reorganize your kitchen to trick your mind into weight loss and develop quick and easy cooking habits in Denver. $94 (Normally $125)
Lifestyle Course (Limited Time Only with a Personal Training Package) – This comprehensive course covers the foundation of whole food plant-based eating and the unique ways to integrate a new structure into your daily life. Michael will discuss nutrition during your one-on-one fitness sessions (e.g., your current dietary patterns, choices, obstacles, and other observations). Each personal training client will receive weekly homework (activities), different meal plans with extensive resources, Dr. Fuhrman’s book “End of Dieting,” and other tools for sustainable change.
